The Citizen Initiative for Change (ICC) is a support and technical education organization that brings together social organizations as part of our internal structure. Members of the Citizen Initiative for Change are composed of Haitian professionals from different generations of the diaspora and of Haiti, all eager to contribute to the process of change in Haiti through our various social structure organizations below.

Firmly believing that a prosperous, democratic, and humanistic Haiti can emerge through the commitment of intelligent, upright, determined, and visionary men and women dedicated to building a new state structure, the Initiative Citoyenne pour le Changement presents a document that charts the path toward national renewal: Haiti Vision 2054.
